Erechtheion is a side temple of Parthenon constructed on the Acropolis of Athens between 421 and 406 BCE. The six Caryatids presented in this oil painting, are part of the temple builded in order to protect the wooden cult statue of Athena.
The inspired technich of the artist reminds the pixels aproach of the deeper Greek culture and architecture.
